Our medium roasting technique combined with the Mountain Water Decaffeination process preserves the original characteristics, aroma and flavour of these superior Arabica beans whilst removing the caffeine (no nasty chemicals here!). 

How much caffeine remains? Less than 0.1%! If that is not enough to impress you, these beans are fully certified Organic and Fair Trade!
